Business Coaching For Decisions The Owner Has To Make

Advice from someone who has owned and operated companies, aimed at the next decision rather than a binder of theory.

What The Conversations Are For.

  • Which offer to keep and which work to stop taking.
  • Whether a hire, a price change, or a slower season is the real issue.
  • A short list of actions before the next check-in.

Coaching sits inside membership or a defined project. It does not enroll you from this page. If the company is not formed yet, read how to start first. If customers already exist, pair this with growth.

Example. An owner spending nights on estimates brings three recent jobs. The session decides which job type to quote first and what the office will stop doing. It does not invent a revenue target.

Coaching Questions

What is business coaching here?

A direct sounding board for owner decisions: the offer, pricing, hiring, and where your time goes. It is not a course library and not a guarantee of results.

How often do we talk?

That depends on the membership. Every plan includes a group workshop: once a month on Veteran Startup, twice a month on Business Builder, and every week on Business Accelerator. Veteran Startup does not include a private session. Business Builder includes one 60-minute private session a month. Business Accelerator includes two. The written scope confirms the cadence before you enroll.

Do you replace my attorney or accountant?

No. Legal, tax, insurance, and lending decisions stay with qualified professionals. Coaching can help you show up to those conversations with a clearer question.

Can I use coaching while I am still starting?

Yes. Early decisions about the offer and the first sales path are on the startup page. Coaching is how those decisions get reviewed after the first conversation.
